Tea for two

I’m on a diet. We shared one piece!

I had the yummiest few hours with Andrea from Cake by Sugar on Tuesday. A cycle along the Thames, ending up at one of our favourite places – Petersham Nurseries. How incredibly charming.

I find it such an inspirational place to visit – a stunning tranquil oasis at the bottom of Richmond Hill. I would love to live in one of their greenhouses, or even work out of there! Instead, after each visit, I come out buzzing with ideas for weddings and all things flowery.

Magnolia - one of my favourite things ever.

Glass of Rose Petal Prosecco anyone?

Not only can you drink tea and eat cake in oh so pretty surroundings, you can surround yourself with a stunning array of flowers and plants, vases, gifts, garden antiques and original artefacts sourced from Britain and around the World…all of which is displayed beautifully.

Beautiful bulbs ready to explode in to colour

Pretty vases in vintage cupboard. Just beautiful!

Todays offerings included huge glass vintage jars filled with Magnolia branches, zinc pots with yummy smelling Jasmines and Hellebores, cupboards full of pretty vintage vases and old bottles, and not forgetting bell jars full of blue yarn. Heaven.

Beautiful bottles and jars, ready to be filled with blooms!

One of the prettiest tables there

I couldn’t resist sharing some pictures with you. Hope you like them. I know I do.

A few stems of Hyacinths in cute vases x

Pretty plants for an extra pretty patio!
