Today the fairies were in London Town for Lisa and Richard’s wonderful wedding. Their big day was full of gorgeous touches and details which I so love. And what makes it more amazing, is that Lisa organised it all from the other side of the World!
Lisa lives with her now husband (eeek) and two lovely children in Australia, and found all her suppliers on the internet and through recommendations. She then relied on email to plan her big day from thousands of miles away…and she planned brilliantly!

Handtied buttonholes of Avalanche Roses, Rosemary, Sage & Alchemilla Mollis. The Groom got an Anemone too!
I was lucky enough to be working with my lovely friend Andrea at Cake by Sugar today, who had put together the most fabulous dessert table, filled with the wonderful wedding cake, cute cupcakes and cookies, meringue kisses and cake pops…oh and I had the honour to add a few more Kilner Jars of blooms and plenty of moss!
Lisa was being made extra beautiful by the lovely Kaz Fernando when I delivered the bouquets – an added bonus as I have been waiting an age to meet the make-up queen, who I “met” through the wonderful world twitter (can’t wait to see the pics of your magic make-up Kaz)!
So looking like a proper princess (I’m sure), it was off to Chelsea Registry Office where the Bride and Groom tied the knot. Handily, it was only a short walk (and they did walk) to Bumpkin in South Kensington – a perfect venue for their intimate wedding.
The tables were decorated with mismatched jam jars, bottles and sundae glasses, all stuffed full of Anemones, Ranunculas, Avalanche Roses, Double Tulips, Stock, Alchemilla Mollis, Rosemary and Sage – and I can confirm, no two were the same – just the way I like it!
And so to the dessert table – I’m sure you’ll agree, it looked stunning – Andrea….you’re one talented lady.
The guests will get to tuck in to the goodies for their pudding, and will then be given cute goodie bags to fill up and take home for the ultimate midnight feast!
And I’ll leave you with a final flowery photo (nope, there was no stopping me).
Huge congratulations to the happy couple, can’t wait to see a few official photos x
